Flexible Spending Accounts: Health-care and dependent-care spending accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax money to cover IRS approved expenses. Pension Plan: Our pension plan is provided and funded for employees entirely by the Club. This type of traditional plan is fast becoming a rarity, but we know it's valuable and offer it as another way to help you prepare for retirement. Disability Coverage: Sometimes life throws us a curve and we need a longer time away from the workplace. Disability coverage is available to you when appropriate. We need you and this is one way we can support you in your efforts to get well and return to work. Employee Assistance Program: This confidential service is available to help employees and their family members solve personal problems such as marital, family or emotional conflicts; alcoholism; drug abuse; legal or financial difficulties; and work/life balance. |
Career Development & Professional Training: We encourage our employees and managers to enroll in career enhancing courses through our in-house training. We have instructor-led courses on-site, virtual classes you can take right at your desktop, and a library of recorded courses. We are proud of our formal leadership program and solid history of promoting from within.
Ridesharing: Employees who work in designated facilities are eligible to receive monetary incentives for carpooling, walking or biking. Credit Union: Services are available to eligible employees and their family members in qualifying markets. |
